本文研究内生致冷原(endogenous cryogen,EC)对体外培育的兔血细胞生成内生致热原(endogenous pyrogen,EP)及体内EP性发热的抑制作用。实验分两部分:Ⅰ、观察EC对体外EP生成的影响。将新西兰白兔30只随机分为4组,每组6~8只,分别注射不同培养条件获得的EP(EP、EP_1、EP_2)或NS_0 EP_1和EP_2是在培养过程中加入EC而获得的。结果显示:注射EP_1和EP_2组发热效应明显低于EP组(P<0.05),表明EC影响了EP的生成。Ⅱ、观察EC对EP性发热效应的影响。将新西兰白兔随机分为3组,每组6~8只,分别静脉注射EP、EP+EC、NS。实验结果显示:注射EP 1ml/kg+EC 1ml/kg组的发热效应比注射EP 1ml/kg组明显降低(△TP<0.05和TRI_3P<0.01)。表明EC对EP性发热有明显的抑制作用。作者认为:EC抑制或降低内毒素性发热的作用,部分可能是由于对抗了EP的致热活性,另部分是由于抑制了ET诱生EP所致。
In this paper, we investigated the inhibitory effect of endogenous cryogen (EC) on endogenous pyrogen (EP) and in vivo EP fever induced by in vitro cultured rabbit hematopoietic progenitor cells. The experiment is divided into two parts: Ⅰ. Observe the effect of EC on EP in vitro. Thirty New Zealand White rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6-8 mice in each group. EP (EP, EP 1, EP 2) or NS 0 EP 1 and EP 2 obtained by different culture conditions were obtained by adding EC into the culture. The results showed that the injection of EP1 and EP2 fever was significantly lower than the EP group (P <0.05), indicating that EC affect the EP generation. Ⅱ, Observe the effect of EC on EP fever. New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group of 6 to 8, respectively, intravenous injection of EP, EP + EC, NS. The experimental results showed that the fever effect of injection of EP 1ml / kg + EC 1ml / kg group was significantly lower than that of injection of EP 1ml / kg group (△ TP <0.05 and TRI_3P <0.01). EC showed significant inhibition of EP fever. The authors suggest that the effect of ECs on inhibiting or reducing endotoxin-induced fever may be partly due to the antagonism of the pyrogenic activity of EP and partly to the inhibition of ET-induced EP.
