目的:探讨治疗萎缩性鼻炎的有效方法。方法:采用复合组织瓣行鼻腔缩窄术治疗重度萎缩性鼻 炎。结果:治疗21例(31侧),近期有效率达100％,远期有效率达90.5％。结论:复合组织瓣行鼻腔缩窄术治疗 重度萎缩性鼻炎操作简单,效果显著,建议推广应用。
Objective: To explore effective methods for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis. Methods: The compound tissue flap nasal cavity narrowing was used to treat severe atrophic rhinitis. Results: Treatment of 21 cases (31 sides), the recent effective rate of 100%, long-term effective rate of 90.5%. Conclusion: The treatment of severe atrophic rhinitis with compound tissue flap nasal constriction is simple, the effect is significant, it is recommended to promote the application.
