目的探讨数字 X 线摄影(DR)组织均衡技术在股骨颈外伤的应用价值。方法对50例股骨颈外伤患者应用 DR 的常规摄影技术和组织均衡技术进行对比研究,同时使用 DR 组织均衡技术中的参数进行对照研究,由3名影像学专家采用双盲法对不同方法产生的图像质量进行评价,主观图像质量分5级进行评分。结果 50例应用组织均衡技术得到优质图像38例,无法接受的图像质量为0;而常规摄影优质图像质量为0,无法接受的图像质量为12例,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DR 组织均衡技术可使高密度组织与低密度组织在1幅图像上同时显示出来,层次丰富的图像,对良好地显示股骨颈侧位尤为重要。
Objective To explore the value of digital radiography (DR) tissue equalization in the treatment of femoral neck injury. Methods 50 cases of femoral neck injury patients with DR conventional photographic techniques and tissue equalization techniques were compared, while the use of DR tissue equalization techniques for control study, the three imaging experts using double-blind method of different methods Image quality evaluation, subjective image quality rating of 5 points. Results In the 50 cases, 38 cases of high quality images were obtained by using the tissue equalization technique, and the unacceptable image quality was 0; while the excellent quality of the routine photography was 0, and the unacceptable image quality was 12 cases. The statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion The DR tissue equalization technique can display both high-density and low-density tissues in one image at the same time. The rich images are particularly important for displaying the lateral femoral neck.
