以活细胞百分比、分裂指数和微核率为生物学终点研究了γ射线对SMMC-7721肝癌细胞的剂量效应和时间效应。结果表明:活细胞百分比与剂量之间存在一定的相关性;0.68、6.8、136Gy辐照的细胞其活细胞百分比与修复时间呈负相关性;微核率与剂量存在显著的正相关性;6.8、68Gy辐照的细胞的微核率与培养时间呈正相关性;分裂指数与剂量、培养时间的相关性不明显。
The biological effects of γ-rays on SMMC-7721 hepatocarcinoma cells were studied by the percentage of viable cells, mitotic index and micronucleus rate. The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the percentage of live cells and the dose. The percentage of viable cells in the cells irradiated with 0.68,6.8,136Gy was negatively correlated with the time of repair. There was a significant positive correlation between micronucleus rate and dose The correlation between the micronucleus rate of 6.8,68Gy irradiated cells and culture time was positive. The correlation between the index of division and dose and culture time was not obvious.
