系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是结缔组织的一种自身免疫性疾病,它除了表现皮肤损害外,还对关节、肾脏等多种组织器官都有损害。为观察SLE患者血清DNA抗体及补体C_3水平与疾病的关系,我们对36例SLE患者进行了抗-DNA、补体C_3水平的测定,现报告如下。 材料和方法 一、对象: (一)病例组:SLE患者36例(男9,女27),年龄14~63岁,平均34.5岁。依据1982年全国风湿病学术会议系统性红斑狼疮诊断标准进行确诊。 (二)对照组:体检健康者42名(男18,女24),年龄18~58岁,平均38.5岁。 二、方法: (一)抗DNA放免试剂盒由北方免疫试剂研究所提供。补体C_3采用单向免疫扩散法,试剂由中国人民解放军总参管理局卫生处中心实验室提供,同一批号试剂,测定按说明书进行,并进行质量控制。用西安262厂产FJ-2008P自动γ计数器进行测定。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease of the connective tissue. It not only shows the skin damage, but also damages many tissues and organs such as joints and kidneys. To observe the relationship between SLE patients serum DNA antibody and complement C_3 levels and disease, we measured 36 cases of SLE anti-DNA, complement C_3 levels, are as follows. Materials and methods First, the object: (a) case group: 36 patients with SLE (male 9, female 27), aged 14 to 63 years, mean 34.5 years old. According to the 1982 National Symposium rheumatoid systemic lupus erythematosus diagnostic criteria for diagnosis. (B) control group: 42 healthy subjects (male 18, female 24), aged 18 to 58 years, an average of 38.5 years of age. Second, methods: (a) anti-DNA radioimmunoassay kit provided by the Northern Institute of Immunology reagents. Complement C_3 using one-way immunodiffusion, reagent by the PLA General Staff Administration Health Center Laboratory, the same batch of reagents, measured according to the instructions, and quality control. Xi’an 262 factory production FJ-2008P automatic γ counter was measured.
