公司人力资源管理部门的工作核心涉及两个方面,一是发挥员工的能动性,挖掘其潜力,并为每个员工提供不断成长的空间,进而促进员工的职业生涯发展,获得职业成功;二是通过人力资源管理,促进企业的发展,提升组织绩效。如何协调员工职业生涯管理和企业的组织绩效之间的关系,帮助每一个员工做好职业生涯发展,并从组织层面获得较高的绩效,构成了本文的研究重点。
Human resources management department of the company’s core work involves two aspects, first, give full play to the staff’s initiative, tap its potential, and provide each employee with growing space, thereby promoting staff career development, career success; the second is through Human resources management, promote the development of enterprises, improve organizational performance. How to coordinate the relationship between staff career management and organizational performance, to help each staff to do a good job career development, and obtain higher performance from the organizational level, constitute the focus of this article.
