机井工程是重要水利工程之一,目前全国已超过500万眼,由于井泵配置和安全防护措施技术落后,机井事故频繁发生,不仅造成巨大经济损失,也影响社会安定,机井安全隐患的长期存在,一直未引起相关人士重视。文章通过分析机井安全隐患,从设施、技术等方面指出了存在的缺陷,并提出了安全可行的双重安全防护措施,它不仅能够有效防范机井事故的发生,而且有利于规范优化机井配套设施。
