0.5mg/L的硝酸镧处理对马尾松苗的叶片数、地上部干重和鲜重都有明显的促进效应,对株高和叶绿素含量的影响不显著。硝酸镧处理使主根伸长明显受到抑制,仅为对照的63.8%,但侧根数目显著增加,达到对照的2.63倍;根系的干重和鲜重分别比对照高出47.5%和33.6%;根系活力提高18.6%。对四大类内源激素水平和吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶活性的测定结果表明,硝酸镧处理明显抑制IAA氧化酶的活性,提高了内源IAA水平,并改变了GA1+3,iPAs和ABA的含量。内源激素的这种变化与马尾松苗的生长,尤其是侧根的生长有密切关系。
0.5 mg / L lanthanum nitrate treatment had obvious effects on leaf number, dry weight and fresh weight of shoots, but had no significant effect on plant height and chlorophyll content. Lanthanum nitrate treatment significantly inhibited the elongation of main roots, only 63.8% of the control, but the number of lateral roots increased significantly to 2.63 times that of the control; the root dry weight and fresh weight were 47.5% And 33.6%, respectively. Root vigor increased by 18.6%. The results showed that the lanthanum nitrate treatment significantly inhibited the activity of IAA oxidase, increased the levels of endogenous IAA, and changed the activities of GA1 + 3, iPAs and ABA content. This change of endogenous hormones is closely related to the growth of Pinus massoniana seedlings, especially the growth of lateral roots.
