目的:分析二陈汤配合西药治疗于小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年2月本院收治的支气管肺炎患儿100例为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用二陈汤进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患儿的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组,观察组咳嗽消失时间以及肺部湿啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二陈汤配合西药治疗于小儿支气管肺炎的治疗临床效果显著。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating bronchopneumonia in children. Methods: 100 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the research object. All the children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Erchen Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The disappearance time of cough and the disappearance of pulmonary wet rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Two Chen Tang with Western medicine treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children with a significant clinical effect.
