为了研究生物与非生物絮凝剂对煤泥水絮体助虑效果的影响,以过滤比阻为评价指标,采用正交试验法对枯草芽孢杆菌、黄孢原毛平革菌与聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂联合絮凝煤泥水时絮体的过滤特性进行了研究.结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌、黄孢原毛平革菌和聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂都可以助滤煤泥水,单一添加时絮体的过滤比阻分别为2.683 1×109,2.040 6×109,2.137 3×109cm/g.生物与非生物絮凝剂联合絮凝时助滤效果更好,且复配组合不同,各因素对试验结果影响有明显不同.最优试验条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌与聚丙烯酰胺联合絮凝煤泥水絮体过滤比阻为0.713 9×109 cm/g,起主要作用的是枯草芽孢杆菌;黄孢原毛平革菌与聚丙烯酰胺联合絮凝煤泥水絮体过滤比阻为0.891 7×109 cm/g,起主要作用的是聚丙烯酰胺.
