年龄和性别:男性13例,女性2例;年龄7～80岁,以30岁到50岁最多11例,占73%.伤口情况:上肢损伤5例,下肢损伤10例,其中以指、趾损伤多,12例占80%;来院时9例伤口化脓,6例已结痂;15例均预防注射破伤风抗毒素.临床表现:潜伏期长短不一,最短7天,最长31大,其中11～15天9例,占60%.主要症状,15例均为全身型破伤风,苦笑面容,牙关紧,腹直肌紧张,吞咽困难,颈项强直.较重者抽搐频繁,角弓反张10
