白塞氏病又称白塞氏综合征。现报告1例如下: 病者韩××,女,29岁,广州××饭店服务员。病者于1978年开始经常出现低热(37.8～38.2℃),口腔炎,阴道炎,外阴炎,血沉25mm/小时。1979年口腔炎,外阴炎加重,并出现溃疡,眼结膜炎,用皮质激素治疗效果不理想,1980年6月因病情加重来诊。体格检查:T37.8℃,心肺正常。口腔、外阴、眼部情况摘录会诊记录如下:眼科会诊:左眼结合膜混合充血(++),左眼角膜呈(氵弥)漫性浅层点状染色,
Behcet’s disease, also known as Behcet’s syndrome. Now report a case as follows: The patient Han × ×, female, 29 years old, Guangzhou × × hotel waiter.
