人的服饰、动作、姿势、情态等总是运载并发射着个体的人的一定信息的,这种信息即所谓“人体语言”。幼儿教师在工作及日常生活中除了要使用好文明的有声语言外,还应当有效地应用好无声的人体语言,用人体语言发射出自己的内心意念与情感,以配合口语信息的表达,补充未尽之意,使之在工作中对外界产生深刻的影响,发挥积极的效应。 在日常工作中,幼儿教师人体语言应用得好,可以给广大家长留下良好的印象,从而取信于家长;可以进一步密切家长与教师的关系,融洽相互之间的感情。 下面我就幼儿教师的几项人体语言因素谈谈它在实际工作中的积极效应。
