本文研究了在涡流室柴油机上采用隔热技术的有关问题,并根据试验与计算结果指出:副室隔热是较可取的方案;改善主室中期放热率和缩短燃烧延续期是提高隔热机热效率的关键;在缸套无隔热情况下,隔热机的冷却传热损失上升;零件表面PSZ 的喷涂层的寿命高于700~900小时。
In this paper, the problems of using insulation technology in the vortex chamber diesel engine are studied. According to the test and calculation results, it is pointed out that the insulation of the secondary chamber is a preferable solution. Improving the mid-term heat release rate and shortening the combustion duration of the main chamber is to improve the insulation The key to machine heat efficiency; in the case of cylinder liner without heat insulation, the cooling heat transfer loss of the heat insulation machine increases; the life span of the sprayed layer on the part surface PSZ is higher than 700-900 hours.
