本文阐述了可控硅整流焊机微机控制系统的基本原理、电路组战、接口电路、控制程序及主要程序参数的设定等主要问题。文中就焊机静、动特性的实时控制技术进行了较深入的剖析与讨论。为进一步发展焊机数控技术与研制微电脑控制焊机提供了条件。本文还介绍了应用自制的可控硅整流焊机微机控制系统进行模拟实验及工艺试验的结果,试验结果表明:此系统容易实现陡降的静外特性,容易在大范围内实现动特性的无级调节,通过调节动特性使焊接过程飞溅小,电弧柔顺,获得了满意的焊接效果。
This paper describes the basic principles of the microcomputer control system of SCR rectifier welding machine, the main issues of circuit group warfare, interface circuit, control program and the setting of the main program parameters. In this paper, welding static and dynamic characteristics of real-time control technology conducted a more in-depth analysis and discussion. In order to further develop the welding machine numerical control technology and the development of microcomputer control welder provides the conditions. The article also introduced the application of self-made SCR rectifier welding machine microcomputer control system simulation results and process test results show that: This system is easy to achieve steep drop static characteristics, easy to achieve a wide range of dynamic characteristics of the Level adjustment, by adjusting the dynamic characteristics of the welding process to spatter, arc compliant, access to a satisfactory welding results.
