白酒标准化技术进步,是促进酿酒工业健康发展的强大支撑,对白酒各香型的分类、检验、工艺确定和品质提升,具有不可替代的作用。纵观中国白酒标准化发展历程,联系“三鹿事件”和食品类产品出现的问题,进一步规范白酒企业生产行为,加大现行白酒技术标准执行力度,修订和出台新的与之配套的相关标准都迫在眉睫,其工作任重道远。
