中心性视网膜脉络膜炎是眼底病中常见病与多发病,特点为中心视力早期受累,严重影响视力,病程较长,容易反复发作。早在1866年Von Graefe氏首先报告,以及国内外文献陆续发表,但在药物治疗上效果不满意。近年来,开展激光治疗后,为此病开辟一个新的治疗途径。我院自1978年下半年开始至今,应用上海Zn25型2毫瓦氦氖激光器,治疗中心性视网膜脉络膜炎47例,50只眼,取得较好的疗效。一、临床资料(一) 一般情况:男41例,女6例,男:女= Central retinal choroiditis is a common disease and frequently-occurring fundus disease, characterized by early involvement of central vision, seriously affecting vision, longer duration, easy to recurrent.
