针对NC加工的具体情况,在总结现有评估理论的基础上,提出基于满意度的模糊层次分析法。阐明了该评估方法的理论基础和评估过程,给出了将该方法用于一个NC加工走刀模式评估的应用实例。结果表明,该方法充分利用了现有评估方法的优点,结合认知科学的一些研究成果,较好地反映了人们的思维过程,得到了与实际加工相吻合的结果。
According to the specific conditions of NC machining, based on the summarization of the existing assessment theory, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on satisfaction degree is proposed. The theoretical basis and evaluation process of this evaluation method are expounded, and an application example of this method is given for the evaluation of a NC processing pass mode. The results show that this method makes full use of the advantages of the existing evaluation methods and combines some research results of cognitive science to better reflect people’s thinking process and obtain the results that are consistent with the actual processing.
