目的:为寻求治疗鲜红斑痣疗效佳、对正常皮肤损伤小、副反应小的方法。方法:以不同剂量HpD配合不同剂量带同步冷却装置的532nm激光分成四个治疗组,照射鲜红斑痣动物模型来克享大公鸡鸡冠,并与单纯激光组比较,激光治疗前及治疗后6周进行疗效评估。结果:5个组间疗效有非常显著的差异(p<0.01),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。四个治疗组间疗效有差异(p<0.05),提高HpD剂量可提高疗效。任一组能量密度组间疗效有差异(p<0.05),提高能量密度可提高疗效。结论:小剂量HpD配合可变脉宽532nm激光治疗鲜红斑痣可以提高疗效。提高能量密度和HpD剂量可提高疗效。
Objective: To seek the treatment of port wine stain better efficacy, less damage to the normal skin, side effects of small methods. Methods: The different dose of HpD with different doses of 532nm laser with synchronous cooling device was divided into four treatment groups, irradiation animal models of Port Wine stains to share the cockscomb, and compared with simple laser group, before and 6 weeks after laser treatment Efficacy evaluation. Results: There was a significant difference in efficacy between the 5 groups (p <0.01). The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The efficacy of the four treatment groups were different (p <0.05), increased HpD dose can improve the efficacy. Efficacy between any group of energy density group differences (p <0.05), increase energy density can improve the curative effect. Conclusion: Small dose of HpD with variable pulse width 532nm laser treatment of port wine stains can improve the curative effect. Increasing energy density and HpD dose can improve the curative effect.
