Ph~1染色体阳性的慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)大约75%转化为恶性期时都伴有其它的染色体异常,如额外的Ph~1染色体,三体型等。本文报道了2例Ph~1染色体阳性的CML患者,出现环形染色体后,病情从稳定期转向恶化期。 2例患者均为女性,诊断为CML时,染色体只有t(9,22)(q22,q11)异常,对羟基脲反应好。例1在诊断后5年,进行骨髓细胞(BMC)染色体检查,发现17个分裂中期细胞除出现Ph~1染色体外,有2个细胞还出现了环形染色体,来源于17号染色体。3个月后患者明显进入恶化期。外周血细胞遗传学研究,23个分裂中期细胞中,有11个细胞出现假二倍体,7个标记
Approximately 75% of Ph-1-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is associated with other chromosomal abnormalities when converted to malignancy, such as extra Ph-1 chromosomes, trisomies and more. In this paper, two cases of CML patients with Ph ~ 1 chromosomes were reported. After the appearance of circular chromosome, the condition changed from stable phase to exacerbation phase. Both of the 2 patients were female. On diagnosis of CML, there were only abnormal t (9,22) (q22, q11) chromosomes and good response to hydroxyurea. Example 1 Chromosomal examination of bone marrow cells (BMCs) 5 years after diagnosis showed that in addition to the Ph ~ 1 chromosomes, two of the 17 metaphase cells also showed circular chromosomes, which originated from chromosome 17. After 3 months, the patient obviously entered the exacerbation period. In the study of peripheral blood cytogenetics, 11 out of 23 mitotic metaphase cells displayed pseudotubes and 7 markers
