就40%戊唑醇.多菌灵悬浮剂配方进行了研究,对分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂及消泡剂等进行了筛选试验,确定了较优配方:戊唑醇30%,多菌灵10%,TERSPERSE2208 4.5%,硅酸镁铝0.9%,尿素3.5%,Tanaform S 0.2%,去离子水补足至100%。该配方具有成本低、工艺简单等特点,冷贮和热贮稳定性合格,无明显分层现象,流动性良好,悬浮率>90%,有效成分分解率<1%,各项指标均符合水悬浮剂要求。
The formulation of 40% tebuconazole and carbendazim suspension was studied and the screening tests of dispersant, thickener, antifreeze and defoamer were carried out to determine the optimal formulation: tebuconazole 30%, more 10% mycelium, 4.5% TERSPERSE2208, 0.9% magnesium aluminum silicate, urea 3.5%, Tanaform S 0.2%, deionized water to make up to 100%.
