党委办公室一个重要的职责就是为领导出点子,供领导决策时参考。近几年来,我们在这方面大胆探索,积极实践,努力把办公室办成为领导决策服务的“点子公司”,取得了明显效果。三年多来,围绕经济工作、精神文明、社会治安、城市建设、党的建设等五个方面共出大小点子110多个,区委领导直接、间接采纳达90％以上,丰富、优化了领导决策,较好地发挥了参谋、助手作用。我们的基本做法可用“五、四、五”三个字概括。 An important duty of the office of the Party committee is to give some ideas for leadership for reference when leading the decision-making.
