目的:对磁共振成像设备的质量管理及维护保养方面进行分析,保障磁共振成像设备能够安全稳定的运行,降低发生故障的几率,延长磁共振成像设备的使用寿命,减少维修成本。方法:通过对工作环境的维护、机器保养、对从业人员及专业维修人员素质的培养等方面,对磁共振成像设备的质量管理及维护提供有效的方法。此外,将2014年1~6月未实施维护管理与2014年7~12月实施维护管理后的效果进行比较。结果:实施维护管理后,发现维保是保障磁共振成像设备能够稳定运行的前提,能提升图像质量,使医疗行为行之有效。结论:培养高素质的专业维护人员,严格实行操作规章,进行精心的磁共振成像设备质量管理与维护后,能够有效减少磁共振成像设备发生故障的几率,使其发挥出最大的使用率及实现其价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the quality management and maintenance of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, to ensure the safe and stable operation of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, to reduce the probability of failure, to extend the service life of magnetic resonance imaging equipment and to reduce the maintenance cost. Methods: To provide an effective method for the quality management and maintenance of magnetic resonance imaging equipment through the maintenance of working environment, machine maintenance, training of practitioners and professional maintenance personnel quality. In addition, the comparison between the unmanaged maintenance management from January to June 2014 and the maintenance management from July to December 2014 was conducted. Results: After the implementation of maintenance and management, it was found that maintenance was the prerequisite to ensure the stable operation of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, which could improve the image quality and make the medical behavior effective. Conclusion: Training high-quality professional maintenance personnel, strict implementation of operating rules, meticulous MRI equipment quality management and maintenance, can effectively reduce the probability of magnetic resonance imaging equipment failure, to maximize its utilization rate and achieve Its value.
