利用ANSYS软件对封隔器胶筒的接触应力进行了数值模拟计算 ,通过计算分析得到了接触应力沿胶筒轴向的分布情况。计算表明 ,此种封隔器可承受 40MPa的密封压差 ,接触应力的最大区域位于端部胶筒与中段工作胶筒的接触部位 ,高温持久试验也证明其可以满足工作要求
The contact stress of the packer was calculated by ANSYS software. The distribution of contact stress in the axial direction of the rubber was obtained by calculation and analysis. The calculation shows that the packer can withstand the sealing differential pressure of 40MPa. The maximum contact stress is located at the contact part between the end rubber cylinder and the middle working rubber cylinder. The long-term high temperature test also proves that it can meet the work requirements
