用正电子湮没寿命谱方法研究了冷轧含锆Fe-Ni-Co-Cu系合金的退火回复再结晶过程.这一过程可分为两个阶段,即200℃附近的空位消失阶段和650℃—850℃的位错消失阶段。与硬度测量结果对照表明,正电子对于回复过程的早期阶段的反应比硬度方法要灵敏得多。
The annealing recovery recrystallization process of the cold-rolled zirconium-containing Fe-Ni-Co-Cu system alloy was studied by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. This process can be divided into two stages: the disappearance of vacancy near 200 ℃ and the annealing -850 ℃ dislocation disappear stage. A comparison with the hardness measurement shows that the positron is much more responsive than the hardness method to the early stages of the recovery process.
