近10年来,我们采用耳前小切口,以软骨的褥式缝合、折叠埋线法矫正招风耳畸形,经23例实践效果良好。1 临床资料本组男15例,女8例。42 只耳廓,双侧19例,单侧4例。年龄最大38岁,最小12岁,平均17.2岁。同时矫治耳垂外展者2例。经3～36个月随访,20例达到满意效果。3 The past 10 years, we use a small incision before the ear to cartilage mattress suture, folding embedding method to correct the wind-induced ear deformities, the results of 23 cases of good practice. 1 Clinical data The group of 15 males and 8 females. 42 auricles, bilateral in 19 cases, unilateral in 4 cases.
