本文在光镜和扫描电镜下观察了麝香系、亚洲系与东方系百合品种花粉的微观形态。麝香系百合的花粉浅黄色、花粉粒纺锤形、网脊带状 ,亚洲系百合花粉棕黄色或橙红色、花粉粒纺锤形、网脊瘤状 ,东方系百合的花粉黄色、花粉粒椭圆形、网脊盘珠状。利用花粉微观形态资料 ,采用多元统计分析 (聚类分析 )方法研究了品种间的亲缘关系 ,将 3个杂种系的品种得到了正确的归类 ,系间的亲缘关系表现为亚洲系与东方系的较近。
In this paper, microscopic morphology of pollen in musk, Asian and Oriental lily varieties was observed under light and scanning electron microscopy. Musk lily pollen light yellow, pollen spindle fusiform, webbing ribbon, Asian lily pollen brown yellow or orange red, pollen spindle fusiform, retinaloid, oriental lily pollen yellow, pollen oval, Web disk bead. Based on the microscopic morphological data of pollen, multivariate statistical analysis (cluster analysis) was used to study the genetic relationship among the cultivars, and the three hybrids were correctly classified. The genetic relationships among the two families were Asian and Oriental Closer.
