目的:探讨p16蛋白、细胞分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)、Cav3.1、Cav3.2、p-GSK3βser9和pGSK3βTyr216表达水平在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:以我院接收治疗的30例无淋巴转移及30例淋巴转移宫颈癌患者为研究对象。应用统计学方法对两组宫颈癌变组织间各项指标表达差异进行分析处理。结果:两组患者各项指标表达水平具有显著统计学差异,且与淋巴转移及病理分级密切相关,淋巴结转移阳性癌组织p16蛋白、Id-1、Cav3.1、Cav3.2、p-GSK3βser9表达显著高于淋巴结转移阴性患者,而p-GSK3βTyr216表达水平正好相反。结论:p16蛋白、Id-1、Cav3.1、Cav3.2、p-GSK3βser9和p-GSK3βTyr216的表达与宫颈癌发生发展的全过程密切相关,这一结论在宫颈癌的早期诊断、预防、治疗等过程中均具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression of p16 protein, cell differentiation inhibitor-1 (Cav-1), Cav3.1, Cav3.2, p-GSK3βser9 and pGSK3βTyr216 in cervical cancer and its significance. Methods: Thirty patients with non-lymphatic metastasis and 30 patients with cervical lymphatic metastasis received by our hospital were studied. Statistical methods were used to analyze the differences between the two groups of cervical cancer tissues. Results: The expressions of p16, Id-1, Cav3.1, Cav3.2 and p-GSK3βser9 in lymph node positive tissues were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and pathological grade Which was significantly higher than that in patients with negative lymph node metastasis, while the expression level of p-GSK3βTyr216 was the opposite. Conclusion: The expression of p16 protein, Id-1, Cav3.1, Cav3.2, p-GSK3βser9 and p-GSK3βTyr216 are closely related to the whole process of cervical carcinogenesis. This conclusion is helpful in the early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cervical cancer Other processes have good clinical value.
