以氯化三乙基苄基铵(TEBA)为相转移催化剂,1—苯基—2—丙酮、氯仿、α-笨乙胺(1a~c)和氢氧化钾在-5~-10℃于二氯甲烷-水中反应。产物2a—c经氢解、水解得到光学活性2-甲基笨丙氨酸(4a~c),并对影响光学纯度的因素进行了探讨。
Using 1-phenyl-2-propanone, chloroform, α-phenethylamine (1a ~ c) and potassium hydroxide with triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBA) as phase transfer catalyst at -5 ~ -10 ℃ Dichloromethane - water reaction. The product 2a-c was hydrolyzed to give optically active 2-methyl stupid alanine (4a ~ c), and the factors affecting the optical purity were also discussed.
