Exercise improves insulin resistance and can play a huge role in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. However, aerobic exercise in many type 2 diabetic patients can not be performed due to age, obesity and other adverse factors. Weight-bearing or improving insulin resistance training provides these people with a safe and effective exercise replacement therapy. For age and disease-related muscle atrophy, improving insulin resistance training can promote an ideal energy balance and reduce visceral fat deposition by increasing basal metabolism and exercise levels. Improving insulin resistance training has shown significant benefits in improving insulin sensitivity, glycemic control, increasing muscle stock availability, muscular strength tolerance, and increasing bone mineral density, osteoarthritis symptoms, debilitating hypertension and academic data. Improving insulin resistance training can also eliminate anxiety, depression and insomnia in patients with clinical depression and improve exercise tolerance in patients with ischemic and stasis heart disease. All of this is related to the management of the elderly with diabetes. Also, improving insulin resistance training is safe and readily accepted for many complex patient populations, including the frail elderly and those suffering from cardiovascular disease.
