带钢冷连轧卷取机对中控制系统是轧钢设备的重要组成部分,采用传统的PID方法控制精度不高。针对这一问题,提出了动态权重差异演化PSO优化PID算法,在FPGA平台上采用并行性和状态机的设计方法对算法进行优化,利用VHDL语言在QUARTUSII中编写各个模块,得到仿真结果。结果表明,该设计方法能达到系统的预期精度要求,使系统更快速、更稳定地运行。
Strip cold-rolling mill coiler control system is an important part of rolling equipment, using traditional PID control accuracy is not high. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a PSO-optimized PID algorithm with dynamic weight difference evolution. The parallelism and state machine design method is used to optimize the algorithm. VHDL language is used to write all the modules in QUARTUSII, and the simulation results are obtained. The results show that this design method can meet the expected accuracy requirements of the system and make the system run faster and more stably.
