目的 开发安全有效的抗流感病毒新药。方法 采用鸡胚实验技术观察抗病毒 1号中药对流感病毒的抑制作用。结果 抗病毒 1号最大无毒剂量大于 72 0mg/胚 ;36 0、2 40mg/胚剂量组对流感病毒A3 有显著的抑制作用(P <0 .0 5 ) ,半数有效量 (ED50 )为 130 .6 4mg/胚 ,95 %可信区间为 10 2 .13~ 16 7.11mg/胚 ,治疗指数 (TI)大于 5 .5 ;36 0、2 40、16 0、10 6 6mg/胚剂量组对流感病毒B有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ED50 为 6 8.2 8mg/胚 ,95 %可信区间为 5 7.37~ 81.2 7mg/胚 ,TI大于 10 5 ;病毒唑各治疗组均未见明显作用 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 抗病毒 1号在鸡胚中对流感病毒有显著的抑制作用。
Objective To develop safe and effective new anti-influenza virus drugs. Methods The inhibitory effect of antiviral No.1 Chinese herbal medicine on influenza virus was observed using chicken embryo experimental technique. Results The maximum non-toxic dose of antiviral No. 1 was greater than 720mg/embryo; the 390, 240mg/embryo dose group had significant inhibitory effect on influenza A3 (P < 0.05), and the half effective dose (ED50) was 130. .6 4 mg/embryo, 95% confidence interval 10 2 .13 to 16 7.11 mg/embryo, treatment index (TI) greater than 5.5; 36 0, 2 40, 16 0, 106 6 mg/embryo dose pair Influenza virus B had significant inhibitory effect (P < 0.05), ED50 was 68.2 8 mg/embryo, 95% confidence interval was 5 7.37-81.2 7 mg/embryo, TI was greater than 10 5; Ribavirin treatment group was No significant effect was observed (P > 0.05). Conclusion Antiviral No. 1 has a significant inhibitory effect on influenza virus in chick embryos.
