本文介绍了利用ADS仿真软件设计一个振荡频率为2.4GHz的压控振荡器的方法及步骤。具体包含晶体管和变容二极管的选取,振荡器偏置电路及晶体管振荡器的设计,并且针对振荡器的相关指标进行仿真。通过ADS的优化,确定电路参数,实现了工作频率为2.4GHz的振荡器。
This article describes the use of ADS simulation software to design a frequency of oscillation of 2.4GHz VCO methods and steps. Including the selection of transistors and varactors, oscillator bias circuit and transistor oscillator design, and the oscillator for the relevant indicators for simulation. Through the optimization of ADS, determine the circuit parameters to achieve an operating frequency of 2.4GHz oscillator.
