自2011年“政务微博客元年”以来,政民互动的方式发生了质的变化。政府通过微博发布信息、搜集民意,民众通过微博获取和传播信息,表达利益诉求。本文简单梳理了近年来的几个典型案例,发现微博在公共危机事件中发挥了危机预警、信息公布、政民互动等作用。同时对微博时代的公共危机沟通进行了反思,指出当下通过微博治理危机存在的问题和相应对策。
Since 2011, the “government micro-blog the first year,” there has been a qualitative change in the way of interaction between government and people. The government publishes the information through the microblogging, collects the public opinion, the public obtains and disseminates the information through the microblog, expresses the interest request. This article briefly reviews several typical cases in recent years and finds that Weibo played a role in early warning of crisis, publication of information, and interaction between government and people in public crises. At the same time, we made a reflection of the public crisis communication in Weibo era and pointed out the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures in the current crisis management through Weibo.
