青海花土沟油田矿化度很高,容易导致外源采油微生物适应性下降。长江大学MEOR实验室通过对其油藏本身存在的微生物进行富集、筛选、分离得到3株芽孢菌,性能评价表明适合作为该油藏的采油菌。室内岩心物理模拟实验表明:该采油菌可比单纯水驱提高采收率10%以上,并对该油田2口注水井进行了微生物强化水驱的现场试验。在不到一年的时间内,其关联油井增产3000多t。
Due to the high degree of salinization in Hua Tugou Oilfield, Qinghai Province, it easily leads to the decrease of microbial adaptability of exogenous oil production. MEOR Laboratory of Yangtze University enriches, screens and isolates the microorganisms existing in the reservoir itself, and the performance evaluation shows that it is suitable for the oil-producing bacteria in this reservoir. Laboratory physical simulation shows that the oil-producing bacteria can enhance oil recovery by more than 10% compared with pure water flooding, and field tests on two water injection wells under microbiological conditions are carried out. In less than a year, its associated wells increased production more than 3000 t.
