利用荧光光谱法和紫外吸收光谱法研究了Se(Ⅳ)对水杨酸与DNA的结合模式、结合常数的影响。结果表明,Se(Ⅳ)的加入使水杨酸与DNA由嵌入式结合转变为沟槽结合,结合作用力由疏水作用力转变为氢键和范德华力,同时结合常数变大,说明Se(Ⅳ)对水杨酸与DNA的结合起促进作用,这可能是由于Se(Ⅳ)和水杨酸形成络合物,又通过水合分子以氢键与DNA上的碱基对结合,从而促进了水杨酸与DNA的结合。
The effects of Se (Ⅳ) on the binding mode of salicylic acid and DNA and the binding constants were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the addition of Se (Ⅳ) converted the salicylic acid and DNA from embedded to grooved, and the binding force changed from hydrophobic to hydrogen bond and van der Waals forces. At the same time, the binding constant became larger, indicating that Se (Ⅳ) ) Promoted the binding of salicylic acid to DNA. This may be due to the formation of a complex between Se (IV) and salicylic acid, which in turn is hydrogen-bonded to the base pairs on the DNA by a hydration molecule, thereby promoting water Salicylic acid and DNA binding.
