目的了解泰州市市售水产品副溶血性弧菌污染状况及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,为有效的预防副溶血性弧菌食物中毒提供实验依据。方法根据《食品微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》(GB/T 4789.7—2010)对112份水产品样品进行副溶血性弧菌检测,分离菌株的药敏实验采用K-B法。结果 112份样品38份检出副溶血性弧菌,副溶血性弧菌的检出率为33.9%。副溶血性弧菌分离株对氨苄西林耐药率为52.6%,对头孢西丁、头孢噻肟、四环素、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、氯霉素、萘啶酸、复方新诺明敏感率为100.0%。结论市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,并有部分菌株耐药。
Objective To understand the status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vibrio parahaemolyticus) on commercial aquatic products in Taizhou City and the sensitivity to commonly used antimicrobial agents, so as to provide experimental evidence for effective prevention of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning. Methods According to “Food Microbiology Vibrio parahaemolyticus test” (GB / T 4789.7-2010), 112 samples of aquatic products were tested for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. K-B method was used to test the drug susceptibility of the isolates. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 38 of 112 samples, and the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 33.9%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates resistant to ampicillin was 52.6%, cefoxitin, cefotaxime, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, nalidixic acid, cotrimoxazole Sensitivity was 100.0%. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is more polluted in commercial aquatic products, and some strains are resistant.
