诺氟沙星是近10多年来新崛起的一种抗菌药物,其抗菌谱广,毒副作用低,无交叉耐药性,用于各种细菌感染的治疗,效果良好,应用广泛。我们自拟处方,制备了诺氟沙星栓剂,并试用紫外分光光度法直接测定了8例志愿受试者24h尿中诺氟沙星栓剂的排泄量,并求算药物动力学参数。1 仪器与药品1.1 UV-120-02型紫外分光光度计(日本岛津);UV-210-A型紫外分光光度计(日本岛津);PG-1500计算机(日本岛津)。1.2 诺氟沙星对照品(内蒙古包头制药厂提供,熔点218~222℃,含量99.9%);诺氟沙星栓剂(自拟处方制备,其重量差异和融变时限均符合《中国药典》1995年版有关规定)。
Norfloxacin is a newly emerging antimicrobial agent in recent 10 years. It has broad antimicrobial spectrum, low toxic and side effect, no cross-resistance and is used in the treatment of various bacterial infections with good effect and wide application.
