作用于心脑血管的中药很多,本文就其活性已相当明确的生物碱重点介绍一下.一、强心、抗休克、收缩血管及升压的成份枳实中含有的甲基酪胺(N—methyl—tgamine)及对羟福林(synephrine),有使血管收缩及升压的作用.当这些成分与洋地黄甙并用时,其强心作用增强,并具有降低洋地黄甙中毒的优点.从麻黄中获得的酪氨酸甜菜碱(L—tyrosine betaine),其升压作用的机制并未了解,尚待研究,是今后发展应重视的成分.小菅卓夫从附子中分离得到的和乌胺(hi—genamine).是水溶性异喹啉衍生物,其作用机制之一是β一受体刺激作用.
