研究不同类型马铃薯淀粉积累及相关酶活性的变化动态,探讨各种酶活性与淀粉含量的关系.以“陇薯3号”、“宁薯15号”、“农家1号”(高淀粉马铃薯品种)和“陇薯6号”、“青薯168号”、“宁薯14号”(低淀粉马铃薯品种)为试验材料,取不同发育时期的块茎,分别测定淀粉含量、ADP焦磷酸化酶(AGPase)可溶性淀粉合成酶(sss)和淀粉分支酶(DBE)活性.6个马铃薯品种的AGPase、SSS、DBE酶活性均呈现单峰曲线变化趋势;6个马铃薯品种的淀粉含量的变化曲线表现为“升高-降低”,薯块重量为120~200 9时,马铃薯淀粉总量达到最大值.马铃薯块茎淀粉含量是各种酶综合作用的结果.“,”The objectives of this study is to discuss the dynamical changes of enzyme activities and characterize the relationship between starch biosynthesis and related enzyme.“Longshu 3 ”,“Nongjia ”,“Ningshu 15 ”,“Long shu 6”,“Qingshu 168” and “Ningshu 14”were chosen as the experiment material,the tuber were collected in different development period,and starch content,the activities of AGP,SSS,DBE were measured and the relationship was analyzed.The activities ofAGP,SSS,DBE in the six potato variety assumed the unimodal curve change during the whole period;The starch content of the six potato variety make a “Rise-reducing” the volatility of the curve.When Potato piece weight of 120~200 g,the potato starch will be the highest.The starch content of potato was the results of the actions of all enzymes.
