在当前的小学教育教学工作中,许多教师都反映,部分学生存在自信心不足的问题,对自己的能力与状态抱有消极情绪,不够自信,影响了学习成效。对此,教师应当从激发学生自信心入手,通过激励手段,为学生增强学习动力,引导学生更加积极地投入到学习活动之中,促进学生全面发展。笔者在教育教学工作中,主要从以下四个方面入手,强化学生思想与心理教育疏导,取得了明显成效。 In the current teaching of primary education, many teachers reflect that some students have problems of lack of self-confidence, negative emotions about their abilities and status, and are not confident enough to influence their learning outcomes. In this regard, teachers should start from stimulating students’ self-confidence, encourage students to enhance their learning motivation, encourage students to be more actively involved in learning activities, and promote the all-round development of students. The author in education and teaching work, mainly from the following four aspects to strengthen the ideological and psychological education of students to ease, and achieved remarkable results.
