用电阻测量及X-线衍射法研究了非晶Zr_(70)Cu_(30)合金在常压和高压下热稳定性以及晶化相的变化。结果表明压力提高了这种非晶合金的晶化温度并明显地改变了合金中的相平衡关系。在2GPa压力下,平衡相为Cu_(10)Zr_7和a-Zr的混合物,而常压下为CuZr_2和少量a-Zr的混合物。
The thermal stability and the crystallization phase of amorphous Zr 70 Cu 30 alloy under atmospheric pressure and high pressure were studied by means of resistance measurement and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the pressure increases the crystallization temperature of this amorphous alloy and significantly changes the phase equilibrium in the alloy. Under 2GPa pressure, the equilibrium phase is a mixture of Cu_ (10) Zr_7 and a-Zr, and a mixture of CuZr_2 and a small amount of a-Zr at atmospheric pressure.
