1 概述为适应迅速发展的建筑市场的需要.中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所经多年研究,成功地研制出了我国新型的无机型粘合剂——JCTA系列陶瓷面砖粘合剂,经大量试验和应用表明,这种粘合剂强度高.耐冻融、耐热、耐水和耐老化等性能好,施工方便易操作,质量易保证.它的主要技术性能已达到并部分超过德国“AE-DEX”和英国NICOBOND公司生产的CT300以及澳大利亚的40~＃陶瓷水泥.1989年通过了上海市市级新产品鉴定,被认定达到国际同类产品的先进水平.该新产品定点在上海曹杨建筑粘合剂厂生产.
1 Overview To meet the needs of the rapidly-developing construction market, the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences has successfully developed a new type of inorganic binder, JCTA series ceramic tile adhesives, after many years of research. Tests and applications show that this adhesive has high strength, good resistance to freezing and thawing, heat and water resistance and aging resistance, easy construction and easy operation, and quality assurance. Its main technical performance has reached and partially surpassed the German “AE”. -DEX” and CT300 produced by British Nicobond Co., Ltd. and Australia’s 40~# ceramic cement. Passed the Shanghai municipal new product appraisal in 1989 and was determined to reach the advanced level of the international similar products. The new product was fixed at Shanghai Caoyang Building Co., Ltd. Mixture factory production.
