我院为200张床位的综合性医院,曾受“四人帮”干扰破坏极为严重:规章制度被砸烂,许多辅助诊断项目和治疗手段被砍掉,医疗质量严重下降。以华主席为首的党中央一举粉碎“四人帮”,提出抓纲治国的战略决策,在局党组的直接领导下,支部率领全院职工,抓纲治院取得了一年初见成效的胜利。今年以来为贯彻执行华主席关于“切实加强城乡医院的领导,整顿管理制度,提高医疗护理质量”的重要指示,在整顿医院的工作中取得显著成绩。 Our hospital is a 200-bed general hospital and was severely disrupted by the “Gang of Four”.
