温度是化工生产中的一个重要工艺参数。温度的测量与控制是保证化工生产正常运行,实现优质、高产、低耗的重要技术手段。热电偶是目前最常用的温度敏感元件。当热电偶感受到温度的变化,就会产生热电势的变化,使用专用仪表可以把这个变化测量出来,从而显示出热电偶所感受到的温度值,实现温度的测量。一、热电偶测温原理热电偶测温原理是根据热电现象:即两种不同材料的导体,联接成回路,当接线端点处于不同温度时,回路中将产生热电势。
