最近,我们对一些违纪党员、干部进行了严肃处理,这引起了我的一阵反思:为什么一些党员、干部会走向犯罪道路?说到底,主要还是缺乏教育的问题。正如一位农村老党员说的那样:“这些年党员学习开会太少了,一开会就讲经商赚钱,党员不念党的经,思想咋能不变哩。” 目前情况下,应当怎样加强党员教育?我认为,应充实这样几项内容: 一是充实共产主义理想的教育。这些年,可以说对党员理想教育的调子降低了。在一些人看来,初期阶段对党员的思想觉悟不能要求过高,现在谈远大理想不现实,要多讲实惠、利益,少讲“主义”、“目标”。把一些片面的东西当成教育宣传的重点,致使一些党员干部把“理想就是多挣钱”当作自己的行为准则。 Recently, we took a serious approach to some disciplinary party members and cadres. More emphasis should be put on the benefits, interests and less about “ism ”and“ goals. ” To regard some one-sidedness as the focus of educational propaganda has led some Party members and cadres to regard “ideal as more money” as their own code of conduct.
