立足职业教育 培养大国工匠——谈如何让“工匠精神”在职业教育中扎根

2016年,“工匠精神”首次被写入政府工作报告,职业院校作为高技能人才的输出地,无疑承担着培养工匠精神的重要使命,然而我国的职业教育,目前更多的是培养学生的职业技能,而忽视了职业精神的培养,工匠精神正是我们这个时代所呼唤的职业精神,因此,如何让“工匠精神”在职业教育中扎根显得尤为重要。文章分析了什么是工匠精神,为什么要在职业教育中培养工匠精神,并重点阐述如何在职业教育中培养工匠精神。 In 2016, “Artisan Spirit” was written into the government work report for the first time. As an output place of high-skilled personnel, vocational colleges undoubtedly assumed the important mission of cultivating craftsmanship. However, vocational education in our country is more often cultivated Students’ professional skills, while ignoring the cultivation of professionalism, craftsmanship is our calling this era of professionalism, therefore, how to make “craftsmanship” rooted in vocational education is particularly important. The article analyzes what is artisan spirit, why should we train artisan spirit in vocational education, and how to cultivate artisan spirit in vocational education.
