2016年,“工匠精神”首次被写入政府工作报告,职业院校作为高技能人才的输出地,无疑承担着培养工匠精神的重要使命,然而我国的职业教育,目前更多的是培养学生的职业技能,而忽视了职业精神的培养,工匠精神正是我们这个时代所呼唤的职业精神,因此,如何让“工匠精神”在职业教育中扎根显得尤为重要。文章分析了什么是工匠精神,为什么要在职业教育中培养工匠精神,并重点阐述如何在职业教育中培养工匠精神。 In 2016, “Artisan Spirit” was written into the government work report for the first time. As an output place of high-skilled personnel, vocational colleges undoubtedly assumed the important mission of cultivating craftsmanship.
