弓形虫病严重威胁着人类的健康并给畜牧业造成巨大的经济损失。相对于体外的研究,动物体内的研究更能准确地把握弓形虫病的特点和致病机理,尤其在评价治疗药物的药效、探索有效的预防途径等方面,动物体内研究更是必不可少的手段之一。但由于实验动物种类繁多,不同的实验目的可能需要选取不同的实验动物或实验方法。因此,在实际科研工作中,需要针对不同的实验目的 ,采用不同的动物模型研究策略,以提高实验的可行性和科学性。
