20世纪90年代,各地相继出现了“成功教育”、“希望教育”、“赏识教育”等新的教育理念。在认真贯彻素质教育思想和研究这些教育理念的同时,结合学校实际,我们提出了“以人为本,普遍激励”的办学理念,从此,“关爱”、“关注”和“激励”成了学校教育的主旋律。随着东风中学激励教育思想的基本形成,学校管理不断完善、师资队伍全面优化、教育质量迅速提高。学校连续六次荣获东风公司“教育教学先进单位”称号,2004年被评为襄樊市示范学校。一、关于激励教育的理性思考
