From November 9th to 15th, 1985, the Ministry of Commerce of China held the Aviation Standardization Scientific Research Plan Meeting in Chengdu. The former Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Science and Technology Bureau Tang Qinxun made a speech and reviewed the growth and development of aviation standardization; Deputy Director Qi Daowei of the Science and Technology Bureau and 301 Yang Yuzhong’s Director of the Standardization Work during the “6th Five-Year Plan” period.
